Welcome to Casmify! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Casmify’s mobile applications, websites, and all services rendered by Casmify (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Use of Services

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. By creating an account or using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Casmify makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding reliability, availability, or suitability of the Services for any particular purpose.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
