Because Casmify operates an interconnected ecosystem, different apps process data in specific ways:

  • Casmify Accounts: Acts as your universal login across all our apps. It securely stores your core identity data (name, email, phone) to provide a seamless cross-app experience.
  • AI Companions (Student Companion, Life Companion & Studdy AI): These apps provide AI-assisted productivity and chat features. We collect your text inputs, queries, and saved notes. To generate intelligent responses, your queries are securely transmitted to our third-party AI infrastructure partners. We do not use your personal notes to train public AI models.
  • Games (Word Jollof & Block Buster): We track your gameplay progress, scores, and completed levels to sync your progress across devices.
  • HallMart Marketplace: We collect and process user listings (products, pricing, description), purchase and order histories, delivery details, service provider profiles, and voucher configurations. As HallMart operates exclusively in Nigeria, all transactions and data processing associated with HallMart are bound by and subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
  • Casmify Points & Rewards: We monitor specific engagement metrics (e.g., daily logins, game levels passed, AI interactions) across our ecosystem to accurately calculate and award your Casmify Points balance.
  • Advertising Data: To support our free services, we display native ads. We or our advertising partners may collect device identifiers and interaction data to serve relevant advertisements.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our Services.
  • Personalize user experience and app features.
  • Communicate with you regarding your account.
  • Send important updates, announcements, and occasional promotional messages.
  • Ensure security, prevent fraud, and enforce our policies.

By creating an account with Casmify, you agree to receive emails related to your account, service updates, feature announcements, and occasional promotional communications. You may unsubscribe from non-essential promotional emails at any time using the link provided in such emails.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard cloud infrastructure. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
